Delivery Charges
- Orders of Rs 5,000 or more: FREE delivery
- Orders below Rs 5,000: Rs 245 flat delivery charge
The delivery charge is calculated automatically at checkout based on your order total after any discounts.
Delivery Time
- Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 working days after confirmation.
- Delivery normally takes 3–5 working days across Pakistan.
- Remote areas may take a little longer.
Order Confirmation
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, our team may contact you by phone, WhatsApp or SMS to confirm your order before dispatch. Orders that cannot be confirmed may be cancelled.
Payment on Delivery
For COD orders, please keep the full payable amount (product total plus any delivery charge) ready when the courier arrives.
Delays
Delivery may occasionally be delayed because of courier issues, weather, public holidays, remote locations, incorrect addresses or other events outside our control. If your order has not arrived within the expected time, please contact us with your Order ID.
Damaged or Incorrect Parcels
Please record a video while opening your parcel. If any item is damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us within 24 hours of delivery as explained in our Refund Policy.
