Welcome to TOTS & TOYS. These Terms of Service apply to your use of totstoys.pk and to any purchase from our store. By visiting our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy, Refund and Shipping policies.

1. Using Our Website

  • By using this website, you confirm that you are legally able to enter into a purchase agreement, or that you are using it with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
  • You may not use our website or products for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.
  • You must not upload viruses or harmful code, or try to interfere with the security or operation of our website.

2. Products and Product Information

  • We make reasonable efforts to show accurate product descriptions, images, prices, specifications and availability.
  • Colours may look slightly different depending on your screen, and packaging or appearance may change slightly.
  • Product information may be updated without notice, and all products are subject to availability.
  • We may discontinue a product or limit quantities at any time.

3. Orders

  • Placing an order is a request to buy the selected products. We may confirm orders by phone, WhatsApp, SMS or email before dispatch.
  • We may refuse or cancel suspicious, incomplete, duplicate, fraudulent or unverifiable orders, and limit quantities per customer.
  • Incorrect or unreachable contact details may result in order cancellation.

4. Prices and Promotions

  • All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
  • Prices, discounts and special offers may change without notice. Sale prices apply only while the sale is running.
  • The price that applies is the one shown when you place your order, except where there is an obvious pricing or technical error.

5. Payment

  • Available payment methods are shown at checkout.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, please pay the full payable amount to the courier at delivery.
  • We may request advance payment or extra confirmation where needed to prevent fraud.

6. Shipping and Delivery

  • Delivery is FREE on orders of Rs 5,000 or more. Orders below Rs 5,000 have a Rs 245 delivery charge.
  • Delivery normally takes 3–5 working days. Estimated times are a guide and are not guaranteed.
  • Delays may happen because of courier issues, weather, public holidays, remote locations, incorrect addresses or events outside our control.
  • Our Shipping Policy forms part of these Terms.

7. Order Cancellation

  • Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel an order. Once an order has been packed or handed to the courier, it may not be possible to cancel.
  • Repeatedly refusing confirmed COD parcels may lead to future orders being restricted or requiring advance payment.

8. Returns, Refunds and Exchanges

  • Returns, refunds, replacements and exchanges are handled under our Refund, Return & Exchange Policy.
  • For eligible customer-initiated returns, a 15% handling, packaging and restocking deduction applies.
  • This deduction does not apply when we confirm that you received a damaged, defective or incorrect product.

9. Damaged or Incorrect Products

  • Please inspect your parcel on delivery. Report any damaged, defective, incomplete or incorrect item within 24 hours with your Order ID, photos and parcel-opening video.
  • All claims are reviewed before a refund or replacement is approved.

10. Errors on the Website

Our website may occasionally contain errors in prices, descriptions or availability. We may correct such errors, update information or cancel affected orders where reasonably necessary.

11. Intellectual Property

  • The TOTS & TOYS name, branding, website design, product descriptions, photos, videos and other original content may not be copied or reused without our written permission.
  • Third-party trademarks and brand names belong to their respective owners.

12. Reviews and Feedback

Any review or feedback you submit must be truthful, must not break anyone's rights and must not contain unlawful, abusive or harmful content. We may moderate or remove content that breaks these Terms.

13. Third-Party Services

Our store uses third-party services such as Shopify, payment providers, couriers, analytics and advertising platforms, which have their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for their independent actions.

14. Privacy

Your personal information is handled under our Privacy Policy.

15. Limitation of Liability

  • To the extent permitted by law, TOTS & TOYS is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control.
  • Nothing in these Terms limits any consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be posted on this page with the updated date.

17. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and any dispute will be handled by the competent courts of Pakistan.
