How long does delivery take, and how much does it cost?
Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 working days after confirmation, and delivery takes 3–5 working days across Pakistan (remote areas may take a little longer). Delivery is free on orders of Rs 5,000 or more, and there is a flat Rs 245 charge on orders below that.
Can I pay cash on delivery?
Yes. You can pay in cash when your order arrives at your door.
What if my product arrives damaged, defective or wrong?
Contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your Order ID, clear photos, a complete parcel-opening video and a short video showing the fault. After verification, we’ll arrange a replacement or a full refund, including any delivery charge you paid. Please record the video while opening the parcel, as we need it to approve your claim.

At Tots&Toys we only deal in imported products which are sourced from foreign countries guarantied.
